The Ministry of Economy has issued a new decree (N. 586) of 2024, which introduces additional requirements, “The applicants must submit a financial statement that acknowledges the trademark as an intangible asset, including its valuation upon renewal”. The decree does not clarify whether the renewal fees should combine the amounts specified in this new decree and those from the previous decree (N. 26) of 2024.
