Destek Patent: Pioneering Intellectual Property
Services with Over 41 Years of Expertise

Destek Patent was established in 1983 to provide comprehensive Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) services related to clients' requirements regarding ideas, inventions, and productions. We preserve comprehensive IP services across 195 countries through 10 offices in Türkiye, 4 regional offices in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kazakhstan, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom (UK). We provide high-quality services to the client. Our unique and exclusive services, provided through our experienced and largest team, address the essential requirements of thousands of clients.

Our expertise encompasses copyrights, trademarks, patents/utility models, designs, geographical indications, and plant varieties. We also provide services such as full availability search of trademarks, industrial design patent/utility model, infringement analysis, sector analysis, in-use search, branding creation, and the training to our clients' employees about the industrial and intellectual property rights.

  • OUR STORY

From 1983 to Present

Destek Patent was founded to provide services in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (trademark, patent, design) in 1983. Up to this point, the firm was the driving force behind the projects and attempts for the protection of trademark rights, and establishment of patent attorney system, and other steps taken to advance the sector in our country for 41 years.

1983

Foundation

Destek Patent was founded.

1995

New Regulation

Destek Patent organized hundreds of internal training and information meetings regarding the regulation of Intellectual Property Rights after the enforcement of the new Intellectual Property Rights regulation

1998

International Intellectual
Property Rights Symposium

Destek Patent organized its first International Intellectual Property Rights Symposium. Destek Patent opened its first branch in Izmir.

1999

International Patent
Association

International Patent Association (Formerly Named as FISMUKOB) was founded.

2001

ISO 9001 

Destek Patent is the only firm in the sector that has ISO 9001.

2002

Switzerland Branch 

Destek Patent opened its Liaison office in Switzerland

2007

LES Turkey 

Destek Patent took part in LES Turkey and AIPPI Turkey organizations and held the presidency of LES Turkey. 

2016

Intellectual Property Rights Management Conference 

Destek Patent held Intellectual Property Rights on an international scale in cooperation with Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO).

2017

Intellectual Property Rights Code  

Destek Patent participated in all of the workshops and activities and provided support for these events before the enforcement of the Intellectual Property Rights Code - Code 6769 in 2017.

2019

Own Your Idea  

A social responsibility project entitled "Own Your Idea" has been launched.
The aim is to raise awareness of knowledge and rights in Intellectual Property Rights law, especially patents.

2020

Kazakhstan Branch 

Launching a new operational active office in Kazakhstan
